QIGONG (Yuan Gong form) is a Holistic practice for Body, Heart, Mind and Spirit. Practicing Qigong releases stress, recharges energy and vitality, improves our health and well-being on all levels, and allows us to experience more happiness and joy from inside out.

Qigong is very easy to learn and pleasurable to do. It can be done standing up, sitting or even lying down as needs be.

Slow, graceful, flowing meditative-like movements tap into Qi, the ultimate source of vital Life Force that animates all life. 
Various movements distribute Qi life-force energy through-out the physical body, deep into all organs, cells and all body structures and inner spaces. Qi flow also lifts our mood, activating "happiness hormones" that boost our positive emotions and thinking.

Practicing Qigong nurtures and regenerates our being, because we feel relaxed and vitalized at the same time.
